Unicook pizza stone has unique structure of numerous invisible pores to draw out excess moisture from dough. It is made of natural formulated cordierite with excellent thermal shock resistance, molded under 400 Tons of pressure and produced at 2100�F sintering temperature.   • How to Use Unicook Pizza Stone?
  • Place the stone in the oven or grill and preheat it at 500�F (260�C) for about 30 minutes.
  • Dust the bottom of pizza dough with flour to create a non-stick surface.
  • Transfer the pizza to be baked onto the stone with a well-floured pizza peel.
  • Close the oven and cook the pizza for 10 to 12 minutes.
  • Check in halfway to ensure the pizza is not overheated.
  • Once the crust is brown, remove the pizza from stone. Enjoy at once.
  • Extremely durable, cordierite pizza stones are built to outlast all others.�
  • Cordierite is made out of pure cordierite and does not include any harmful materials that may cause odor or taste.�
